Clearwater Beach has a great beach, it often ranks very high nationally. For the best hotel for you, one that has a party atmosphere, would be Shephards Beach Resort. They have a large pool deck with live music on the weekends, a private beach right on the Gulf of Mexico, and awesome food. At night, they even have a nightclub that the locals visit.
