With AMC its okay to drive into Montenegro.
In General rental Vehicles are not allowed into the following locations - Macadonia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Polant, Russia and former USSR countries, Turkey and Albania. Cars travelling in to Bosnia, Serbia and Hercegovina must be pre-arranged.
Entering in to rest of European countries is without any limit.
