OK, I voted for Frkanj on the island of Rab. I've been there several times. Not too popular (usually about 30-40 guys in the peak of the season), but certainly one of the most known gay beaches in Croatia. It is a rocky beach with kind of difficult approach to the water, but with some kind of foot wear it's not that bad. Lot of trees for shade. Showers, bar, restaurant on the neighboring str8 beach. Easy accessible by car or taxi boats from Rab town.
Downside - guys reserve the best places by leaving their beach mats over night.
